Maluma’s Going Everywhere: 60-City World Tour Kicks Off Feb. 5 — Chicago and NYC on the Map
Maluma just dropped the biggest news of his career — and Midwest fans should be paying attention.
The Colombian superstar announced his Loco X Volver World Tour 2027 on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026, with a surprise pop-up performance at Miami International Airport, kicking off a run that will hit more than 60 cities across Latin America, North America, Europe and Africa. It is his biggest tour ever.
The tour opens Feb. 5, 2027, in Bogotá, Colombia, at the Heart of Bogotá Arena. Two Buenos Aires dates follow Feb. 19–20, 2027, at Movistar Arena, with presale starting Nov. 12 at 11:00 via the venue site. One Africa stop is on the map so far: Rabat.
Chicago and New York Are In. Detroit and Columbus? Not Yet.
North American stops confirmed so far are Mexico City, Miami, Los Angeles, Toronto, New York and Chicago. That puts two of the biggest stages in the region — Chicago and New York — within reach for Toledo fans, but there is no Detroit or Columbus date announced yet. Toledo fans are watching for the next routing drop: if another Midwest date lands, it will be the one to grab.
The tour is named for Loco X Volver, Maluma’s seventh album, released in May 2026. It follows his +Pretty +Dirty World Tour, which began in March 2025. The new run is produced globally by Fenix Entertainment and Cárdenas Marketing Network (CMN), with Visa as lead sponsor and payment partner in Latin America.
Sixty-plus cities. Four continents. One very big 2027. Toledo, start planning that Chicago trip — and keep an eye out for the next announcement.
